Yesterday, me and my sister (Conner), started track for the second time! I was not as excited, because i knew that we were gonna have to work hard. Last year, I made a really good friend in track, and so far I did not know any of these girls. But, while we were stretching my old friend (Raylen Parker) showed up! I still did not quite know if it was her. But she knew it was me, and I ignored her. (I felt bad!) All of us ran (including her). At the end of Practice we did something called the "cool down". I was walking alone and she came up to me and said, " Your Sydney Right?"
" Yeah I'm Sydney, your Raylen Packer, ohh Parker, Sorry". We walked together. She said the last time we last saw each other, we put Popcorn in the Microwave for ten minutes! I chuckled and said" Wow! What were us 8 yr old's thinking." She replied, " You know, i don't really know."
We walked and talked some more, and then it was leaving time!
I siad it was really nice seeing her again (and it really was).
